This weekend saw the partnership of Fisrts4vans and Matt Roach Racing (MRR).

Both race vans are now prepared by MRR, which allows Team F4V to work on marketing and sponsorship activities.

Round 10 saw the #29 race van come home in both heats with a 7th and a 9th respectively but had to enter the pit garage during the final due to an electrical problem.

MRR worked late and Nathan Anthony repaid them with the 8th fastest time in free practice on Sunday morning.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Race Report”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Race One did not go to plan due to another engine issue. Race Two saw Nathan charging from the back of the grid to finish 10th.

The final race was eventful and after a safety car incident, Nathan got the MRR-prepared race van into the lead. This was held for two laps but an oil leak from the #7 car of Miles Rudman landed on Nathan’s windscreen. This led to a few detours off the track for the race van, until Nathan eventually slowed down and nursed it home in 13th.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”9499″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Onwards and Upwards”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We now have a summer break, but work is ongoing to better the team and focus on acquiring new sponsors. Moving forward, all race vans will be prepared by MRR and we look forward to being ready for rounds 12 & 13 at the Snetterton 300 circuit.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
