Collect From One Of Our Branches. If You Can’t Get To A Branch, We Will Collect You
Our hire vans can be collected from either our Horley or Crawley branches. Alternatively you can arrange for us to collect you (charges may apply depending on location).
What do I need to know to hire?
Please see below for what is required before you can hire a van with us.
To hire vehicles with us you are required to be 21 and over and held your licence for a minimum of 2 years, or 25 and over and held your licence for at least 1 year.
Please remember that you MUST also bring all documentation listed below for EVERYONE who will be driving the vehicle, otherwise we will not be able to rent the vehicle to you:
- Full photo card driving licence. (If you have the older paper licence you must bring another form of photo ID such as your passport)
- Two proofs of address. Your licence does NOT count as one. (These can be utility bills, bank or credit card statements, V5 vehicle ownership document or letters with a government or council stamp. We do NOT accept mobile phone bills.)
- National Insurance number. (We do not require the issued card, just the number)
- A card to pay with please as we do NOT accept cash.
